how to get skinny to ripped!

Are your friends and family always calling you Slim-Jim, little man, or just plain Skinny?
well that is what everyone called me for as long as i could remember until i started to workout.
all those body builder websites are garbage and lies they just want your money. BUT WITH THIS WEBSITE YOU DON'T NEED THOSE EXPENSIVE PROTEIN SHAKES OR PILLS, i'm just a simple guy trying to help out my skinny bro's.

week1: mind set,
if you want to get swoll you just cant sit around and procrastinate, you have to get it stuck in your mind that you want this, if you have trouble just think about something for motivation. for instants, think about how the girls will be all over you once you get big, think about how everyone will be calling you BIGman instean of littleman.

week2: test yourself,
see how much you can lift, how much push-ups you can do, how long you can run, all that jazz and make sure to write it down.

week3: track how much your eating,
just see how much your eating and trust me i know we all have a fast digestive system, see how much meals you skip or how much meals you dont skip.

OK now that you are set you just need to set your reps.

you need to do 8- 10 reps and 3-4 sets per work out
always always rest until you arnt sore.
